Some items you use incorrectly or excessively in your day-to-day life can cause skin damage. Here are some of them:
Face scrubber: Although exfoliation is beneficial, overuse or brushes with bristles that are too stiff can irritate the skin, Cause scratches and trigger inflammation. Try to use them once a week or every 15 days. It is better to wash your face with your hands.
Rough towels: Rubbing your skin hard with rough towels can remove the natural skin barrier and cause dryness and irritation.
Products with alcohol: Some toners or astringents containing high concentrations of alcohol can dry out the skin and cause irritation.
Excessive sun exposure: UV rays can damage your skin, causing premature aging, sunburn and increasing the risk of skin cancer. Apply sunscreen to your face and neck.
Excessive washing: Excessive washing can strip your face of natural oils and unbalance the skin barrier, causing dryness and sensitivity. Do this twice a day in the morning and evening.
Expired makeup: Using expired makeup products can cause skin infections and adverse reactions. Dirty brushes: Bacteria and makeup residue buildup on brushes can lead to irritation, acne breakouts and skin infections. In addition, applying makeup with dirty brushes can affect the appearance and texture of makeup, resulting in a less even finish.
